The left failed, the right is failing, and if there was a “middle”, they would fail too … to legislate Affordability.

Affordability is about taking Customer requirements, delivering Value, at a price, generating revenue, for a cost of resources, that the Customer is willing to pay for, and the organization delivering Value earns a profit to stay in business.

Although simple and straight forward.  Most politicians, business leaders and economists just don’t understand.
