Regardless of what side you’re on, and it seems like there are many sides, Healthcare needs to get to a faster, better, more affordable state.  Listening to all the rhetoric, it is apparent, speed and responsiveness, quality and reliability, and above all, lower cost and price are at the core of all of the discussion.  This is the purpose and focus of Healthcare Affordability.  NOTE:  It’s become obvious, and its been proven, you can’t legislate Affordability.

However, if the entire Healthcare Enterprise (primarily; Healthcare Providers, Pharmaceutical Providers, Healthcare Machine and Device Providers, Healthcare Service Providers and Healthcare Insurance Companies) focused on Affordability (see the book “Affordability: Integration of Value, Customer, and Cost for Continuous Improvement”, a Taylor and Francis CRC Publication, December 2016).

The next book in this series, Healthcare Affordability, is scheduled for publication this year.
