Healthcare, what is the rhythm? … You go to the doctor, you check in, you wait, the call your name and you go to a room to be prepped, you wait, your get prepped for a procedure (e.g.s, exam, biopsy, some sort of scope, etc.), you wait, the procedure is performed, you wait, you recover, you wait, you are discharged.  Was it obvious what was happening?  Of course, mostly waiting.  The system is not patient focused, its internally focused on the resources of the organization (check in clerks, nurses, doctors, discharge clerks).

Healthcare Affordability focuses on eliminating the waste and responding to patient demand.  This turns the Healthcare industry upside down.  Some are getting, many still don’t get it.
