Affordability has been in the making for more than 40 years.  Its seed was planted around 1970.  It grew through the years until Taylor and Francis sent a contract to me last August to write the book.  Its scheduled for availability December 19, 2016.

It’ll be published and marketed as a CRC Press publication.
